Pears, honeycomb, apricots, grassy and custard tarts.

• This is the first time we’ve bottled a Glenlossie but it’s a distillery that we’ve always had a soft spot for.

• They use a mixture of short and long fermentations which helps give the spirit it’s desired oily, green character that Diageo are looking for (Mark’s nose agrees with their description as he smells it as green too!)

• A relatively unknown distillery but we can see it becoming much more popular amongst indie bottling fans, much like Glen Elgin has.
