• Again we weren’t allowed to use the distillery name so have bottled it under the cask mark - we’re guessing JM stands for Jamaica so the WP should be fairly obvious!
• This high ester rum uses molasses, cane juice and crushed cane stalks. The natural yeast from the stalks provide all that’s needed for a natural fermentation, lasting 2 - 3 weeks, which gives the typical funky flavour.
• Serge loved it and gave it 90 points on Whisky Fun.
