Clairin Vieux Sajous 5 Years Old [La Maison & Velier] - 5 Years Maturation - A blend of 18 barrels which contained singe malt or rum - Distilled 2018 - Bottled 2023 - 57.5% abv.

This Clairin is the result of the distillation of Cristalline sugar cane grown on the magnificent plateau of Saint Michel de l' Attaye in Haïti. Vieux Sajous is a blend of 18 mixed barrels that have contained rum and whisky and was distilled in 2018 and then aged for 5 years in Haiti at the Distillerie de Portau-Prince. This Vieux Sajous is a demonstration of the great ageing capacity that the Clairins of this distillery are showing.
