• Dalmunach was built in 2015 on the site of the old Imperial distillery in Speyside so we’ve now bottled 2 different malts from the same site!

• Owned by Pernod Ricard the distillery has a capacity of 10m litres and an incredibly short mash time of just 4 hours.

• Currently Pernod’s most energy efficient distillery using 38% less energy and 15% less water than the industry average.
